Registration and Paper Submission Steps

1. 1. Registration:

•    - Fill out the registration form carefully. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. After logging into the system, you can edit your information through the "My Profile" section.
•    - After logging into your profile, submit a photo of your student card or IEEE membership card through the document submission section in the system.

2. 2. Paper Preparation:

•    - All submitted papers must be prepared using the template provided on the conference website. Papers that do not follow this format will not be considered for review.
•    - Papers can be submitted in both Persian and English. Persian articles should be a maximum of six pages, and English articles should be a maximum of six pages.
•    - Submitted papers should include novel achievements within the scope of the conference topics. They should also demonstrate unpublished research work.
•    - Ensure that the authors' names and affiliations are removed from the submitted PDF file. The PDF file should be anonymous, without any author names or affiliations.

3. 3. Paper Submission:

•    - The submission fee is $10, which is deducted from the registration fee upon paper acceptance.
•    - Please log into the system (after registration) and submit your paper through the "My Papers" section.

4. 4. Post-Submission

•    - Any detected plagiarism or fraudulent research activities in submitted papers at any stage will lead to the exclusion of the paper from the conference proceedings. The corresponding author(s) will be responsible for the consequences.
•    - Presentation of accepted papers at the scheduled conference sessions is mandatory. Accepted papers that are not presented will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
