The 11th International Conference on Control, Instrumentation, and Automation (ICCIA 2025) aims to increase industry participation in this conference. Therefore, a section dedicated to technical industry reports, with an emphasis on industry professionals, has been established. ICCIA 2025 welcomes the submission of these technical reports.
To reduce the workload on industry engineers in preparing papers, technical industry reports require less technical detail and scientific innovation compared to regular papers. Instead, the focus of these reports will be on evaluations and industrial experiences of industry researchers. Content-wise, a submitted technical industry report should include one or more of the following characteristics:
•Description of advanced modeling, control, and automation methods or solutions that have recently been successfully implemented, improving quality, safety, robustness, installation costs, operation and maintenance costs, lifespan, and other aspects of an industrial process in a quantitative manner.
• Scientific comparison and economic analysis of using various automation tools in the industry.
• Scientific examination of the existing challenges in the industry regarding the implementation of new technologies.
•Successful strategies for developing human resources in the industry.
•Scientific critique of national development programs from the perspective of existing industrial challenges and providing solutions.
• Introduction and analysis of successful R&D centers and their innovative activities.
•Introduction of unresolved issues and related challenges in the automation industry.
•Introduction of industrial applications of new technologies.
•Analysis and solutions for using renewable energies and ways to improve energy efficiency in industry.
Note: The structure of writing a technical report is similar to that of writing a paper.
