Terms and Conditions for the Specialized Exhibition:

1. 1. The specialized exhibition will be held in-person from November 11 to 13, 2025, at Kashan University.

2. 2. Booth costs will be determined through negotiation based on the booth dimensions.

3. 3. Mere expression of interest without payment does not guarantee booth allocation. Booth allocation will only occur after full payment is received.

4. 4. Once registration is finalized, changes to booth dimensions, withdrawal from the exhibition, and refunds are not permitted.

5. 5. The applicant is not allowed to transfer their booth to another party.

6. 6. Booth setup is the responsibility of the participant. Booths will be available to the company’s designated representative from November 2, 2025, for setup and decoration.

7. 7. Booth and equipment security during visitor hours is the responsibility of the booth staff.
